Targeted Coaching

Name of Specific Service Offered:  Targeted Coaching (short-term guidance and support in a one-on-one setting).

Dates the service is available:  All year

Income Guidelines to get this service:  Families must be below 125% of FPL.  Please refer to the income chart.
What the service gives you:  Targeted Coaching provides you with short-term intensive support and guidance to work on a specific goal that you have for yourself or your family economic stability (for example: establishing and sticking to a budget over several months to achieve a goal). Usually you meet with a staff person on a weekly or biweekly basis.  They can meet you at your home. 
Do I need an appointment to apply for this service? You need to schedule an appointment for your first visit.  Please see below for contact information.
What to bring when you come to apply: 
You must know the social security number and birthdates of each person in your household.

Once I have applied, when could I expect this service to begin?
The service can begin immediately.
