Income Guidelines to get this service: There are no income guidelines for this strategy, but the majority of resources in the community have income guidelines that fall below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Please refer to the income chart.
What the service gives you: This comprehensive interview of your family and current situation assesses your strengths and areas that you might need help, and connects you to other resources in the community that meet your needs.
Do I need an appointment to apply for this service? An appointment is preferred, but walk-ins can be accommodated in an emergency, although they may have to wait to be fit in. If you are homebound, we are able to come to your home or conduct the interview via phone.

You must know the social security numbers and birthdays of each member of your household.
