Families must be below 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.  Please refer to the income chart.

What the service gives you: 
Family Support provides you with long-term ongoing support and guidance to work toward the goals you establish for yourself and your family toward achieving economic stability.  Usually you meet with a staff person on a weekly or biweekly basis.  They can meet you at your home.

You must know the social security number and birthdates of each person in your household.
