Back to School Fair

Before school begins, usually late July and early August.

Income Guidelines to get this service:  
Families must be eligible for free and reduced lunch. 

What the service gives you: 
The Back to School Fair is an information and safety fair which provides fun and enriching activities for your children, as well as educational and resource information, to prepare them to head back to school.  At the end of the fair, students will receive a backpack full of school supplies.  The Fairs are for students PreK-12. 
Do I need an appointment to apply for this service? You need to register for the fair beforehand so that we can provide the appropriate supplies for your children.  Please see below for contact information.

What to bring when you come to apply: 
You must know the social security number and birthdates of each person in your household.  You must know what grades your children are going to be entering.

Once I have applied, when could I expect this service to begin?
There are four scheduled Back to School Fairs: Savannah, Maysville, Cameron and Plattsburg.  Each one is held on a scheduled day.  If you cannot make it to the fair closest to you on the day it is held, you may register for a different one if you are able to be there.
